Wide-angle monocle for rangefinder cameras. Over all, this monocle is suitable for shooting landscape, urban landscape, genre shooting. The monocle is paired with a camera rangefinder, so the process of shooting them is no different from the use of conventional rangefinder lenses. The real focus of the lens coincides with the camera's rangefinder at any shooting distance - from the minimum to infinity.
When photographing with a rangefinder camera, the sight is through the viewfinder, not through the lens. When shooting with a monocle, this makes it easier to focus than when shooting with SLR/DSLR cameras. The monocle has an iris diaphragm, so that the degree of softness of the image is adjustable over a wide range. The peculiarity of the image of this monocle is the reduction of detail on the periphery of the frame. More clearly, this feature is manifested when shooting on full-frame rangefinder cameras.
